Fair Work Documents
- Replaced the outdated FWIS PDF with the current Fair Work Information Statement (July 2026)
- Replaced the outdated CEIS PDF with the current Casual Employment Information Statement (August 2025)
- Contract generator Part 5 links now open the new PDFs
- Printed contracts now carry "View PDF" links for each statement
- Added a Fair Work Documents section to the Admin Content Library
- Separated it from the document templates with its own heading and a divider
Documents & Content Library
- Branded documents save reliably into the Content Library (matched by contractor ID and email)
- Save button no longer requires an edit first — documents save as-is
- Content Library only shows documents the contractor generated
- Content Library is read-only; edits happen on the Branded Documents page
- Saved documents are stored as drafts, finalised only when saved through Branded Documents
- Save and print actions now show confirmation toasts
- Added Print / Save PDF to saved contract details
Contracts & Signing
- Contractors must save a signature in settings before sending a contract
- Employee details form added to the signing page (contact, super, tax)
- Employee details autosave and are stored with the signed contract
- Contractors can view signed employee contracts from the Content Library
- Signed-contract alert bar added to the contractor dashboard
- Employee names split into first and last name fields
Users, Invites & Access
- All notifications send from induction@scaa.org.au via the email relay
- Invite dialogs close immediately on success with a short confirmation toast
- Contractor logins land on their own portal
- Logouts return to the portal login page
- SCAA brand logo replaces the text header on login screens
- Invited users get their stored role and contractor link applied when they sign up
